Acaricia

Repartamos caricias a nuestro alrededor.

🇬🇧 Children who grow up without receiving physical affection are less developed in every way – their autoimmune systems are weaker and they tend to have more physical and emotional problems, of all kinds. When we become dults, we believe that we no longer need physical affection. It can even make us feel uncomfortable so we don’t allow it or we don’t give it any importance. Some even consider it a sign of weakness. Touching and being touched affectionately connects us with our destiny, it increases our self-esteem and confidence and it makes us feel chosen and wanted. Physical displays of affection help us to cope better with difficult situations and protect us, boosting our immune systems. Never underestimate the power of human touch … so let’s spread our affection
